These General Terms and Conditions govern all tattoo services provided by Alex Ink Tattoo Studio. By booking an appointment or receiving a tattoo, you agree to these terms.
These terms apply to all services, bookings, consultations, and interactions with Alex Ink Tattoo Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a situation is not explicitly covered, it will be interpreted in the spirit of these terms.
Consultations are free of charge. A tattoo session is confirmed only once the client agrees to the estimated price and booking conditions. Prices may vary based on size, detail, style, body placement, or time required.
Any obvious errors in quotes do not bind the studio. Prices do not include taxes or additional fees unless indicated.
The tattoo process begins only after the client provides all necessary information (references, design ideas, placement, etc.).
Estimated timelines for design and appointments are indicative and may change. The artist may refuse or adjust a design if it affects quality, safety, or artistic integrity.
Large tattoos may require multiple sessions. Each session may be billed separately.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee. No-shows automatically forfeit any deposit paid.
The studio reserves the right to reschedule appointments when necessary (e.g., artist illness or technical issues). Payments remain due even if delays arise from incomplete information provided by the client.
The client confirms being in suitable health to receive a tattoo. The studio is not responsible for adverse reactions, infections, allergic responses, or healing issues resulting from improper aftercare.
The studio’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the tattoo session. Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided by the artist.
Payments must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Deposits are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances approved by the studio.
Additional charges may apply for major design changes, extra sessions, re-draws, or touch-ups not related to artist error.
All tattoo designs created by the artist remain the intellectual property of Alex Ink Tattoo Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client guarantees that any images or material they provide do not infringe third-party rights.
Clients may be asked for permission to photograph their tattoo for portfolio and social media purposes. Refusal is allowed and will be respected.
The studio will never publish sensitive or inappropriate images without explicit consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Miami-Dade County.
